Abdominal Therapy for Professionals: Part 1

  • 14 Chestnut Road TW2 5QZ United Kingdom (map)

This wonderful class teaches you not only the vital knowledge and tools to perform with confidence your own self-care treatment, but also how to share and provide anterior Abdominal Therapy to your clients. The focus of this class is on the anterior portion of Abdominal Therapy, based on the work of Dr. Rosita Arvigo.

Online Training Introduction Day - 4th June, 10am-2pm

In-Person Training: 10th-12th June, 9am-5pm

Online Training Mentoring Day - 18th June, 10am-2pm

The class is a combination of online and in-person training. During the online introduction class, you’ll be taught the Abdominal Therapy Collective’s unique ‘Your Abdominal Massage’ (YAM) for continuing health improvement. During the 3-day in-person class, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to experience and practice these techniques, and how to offer this work to your clients.

The training consists of:

  1. Three live, online classes, each lasting 4.5 hours. During these Zoom classes, there will be an in-depth exploration of anatomy and physiology related to this work, and plenty of time to experience Abdominal Therapy for yourself with online practical demonstrations.

  2. Two-day in-person class, where further practical applications will be taught, learned, and shared with other students. You'll leave the weekend training fully qualified and able to offer your clients a comprehensive anterior Abdominal Therapy treatment.
