A digital information pack will be sent to you after the workshop.
What to wear:
This workshop is all about being comfortable, in your own skin and surroundings. Wear what feels good for you, and’ll allow you to practice Your Abdominal Massage over your clothes. Leggings and a loose T-shirt are ideal.
Bring a note pad and pen if you like to take notes, but if you prefer to curl up and listen that’s a great way to enjoy the class too!
What happens next?
Once you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome email and a personal consultation form called Your Health Story. You’re invited to complete as much or as little of this form as makes you comfortable. Knowing some of Your Health Story allows Louise to serve you and tailor the class towards your specific needs.
